  Genuine FLAEM RF7 Dual Speed Plus Replacement Nebuliser

  The FLAEM RF7 Dual Speed Plus (RF7-2) is supplied as standard with the HospiNeb Professional Nebuliser and NebulAir+ Professional Compressor Nebuliser. It is also compatible with FLAEM AirMate, providing an upgrade from the RF8 nebuliser supplied as standard with AirMate.

  It is the key component responsible for converting prescribed liquid medication into an aerosol for inhalation.

  The RF7 Dual Speed Plus provides two selectable nebulisation speeds, allowing the user to choose between MIN and MAX settings according to their treatment requirements and the instructions provided by their healthcare professional.

  RF7 for HospiNeb, NebulAir+ and AirMate

  If you already own a HospiNeb or NebulAir+ and your existing nebuliser needs replacing, you do not normally need to replace the compressor. AirMate owners can also choose the RF7 Dual Speed Plus when replacing their nebuliser if they wish to upgrade from the standard RF8 system.

  Simply choose the RF7 replacement kit that matches the patient interface you use: adult mask, child mask or mouthpiece. Each option includes the RF7 Dual Speed Plus nebuliser and the appropriate accessories.

  A Complete Kit is also available for customers who wish to replace their full set of patient accessories.

  When should I replace my RF7 Nebuliser?

  The RF7 is designed for prolonged use, but nebulisers are consumable components and their performance can be affected by use, medication deposits and repeated cleaning.

  FLAEM states that the RF7-2 nebuliser and accessories have an expected average life of one year. For intensive use, FLAEM advises replacing the nebuliser every six months, or sooner if it becomes clogged, to help ensure maximum therapeutic effectiveness.

  FLAEM also advises hygienic preparation after each inhalation. This helps maintain hygiene while optimising the service life and operation of the device.
